Founder and vision behind JDT Recruitment

Having spent my formative years in large multinational recruitment agencies, I began to question how often “industry best practice” translated into real-world outcomes. Too frequently, short-term commercial goals outweighed values, ethics, and long-term relationships.

Shortly after the birth of my first child, I decided to build a service that balanced strong commercial results with integrity and ethical practice. I developed my brand with an honest approach, networking with similar minded people proving how values-led recruitment can elevate brands and create a competitive advantage.

Outside of work you can find me in the water surfing or pushing one of my three kids on to a wave; playing soccer or volunteering as a coach.
